Our suitcase covers are crafted with high-quality materials, but we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. 1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
  • The item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • You received the wrong product.

Items that have been used, altered, or customized with personal prints are not eligible for a return, unless they are defective or damaged during shipping.

2. International Returns

For international orders, please note the following:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Return shipping may take longer due to customs processing; please allow 2โ€“6 weeks for your package to reach us.
  • We recommend using tracked shipping services to ensure the item is returned safely.
  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees paid on the original purchase are non-refundable.

3. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
  3. Our team will provide instructions for shipping the item back to our warehouse.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7โ€“14 business days.
  • Please note that international bank processing times may vary, and additional time may be required for the refund to appear on your account.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges for international orders. If you wish to receive a different size, material, or print, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Lost Items

  • If your item is damaged during shipping, please photograph the damage and contact us immediately.
  • For lost packages, international shipping carriers may take additional time to investigate. Alba-services will assist in the claims process but cannot guarantee replacement until the claim is resolved.
